Title: LCV EUCOM Kosovo: Laundry Attendant Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries. Job Summary A Laundry Attendant position involves the receipt and issuance of client laundry at the pick-up/drop-off locations, as well as operating washing and drying machines, folding clothes, and maintaining the cleanliness in the laundry facilities at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Roles and Responsibilities + Receive and issuing of client laundry at the pick-up/drop-off Office. + Tend to the laundering of personal clothing, uniforms, towels, blankets, and other items. + Perform inventory and quality control checks throughout the laundering process. + Wash, dry, and fold bundles of laundry daily. + Cooperate with different inter-departmental functions. + Work with other staff to promote quality and safety while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. + Observe Company Safety and Security rules and regulations. + Clean and maintain the work area. + Assist with additional tasks as needed. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Level 2 English proficiency required + Capable of working with minimal supervision + Maintain standard of dress/appearance and personal hygiene + Flexibility to work longer hours on short notice + Ability to work harmoniously with other employees and departments + Experience in a customer service environment + Ability to work efficiently under time constraints + Strong customer service skills + Light vehicle driver's license + Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.
